From early-stage estimates through final account, we provide the measurement, analysis and reporting clients need to make informed decisions, protect margins and avoid surprises.
We work for developers, contractors, end-users and asset managers across new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects. Our consultants are qualified in current measurement standards (NRM1, NRM2, SMM7 where required) and contract forms (JCT, NEC), and we combine that technical depth with strong commercial instinct — knowing where value can be added and where risk needs to be priced.
